My client is a leading IT solutions provide to both the public and private sectors with operations worldwide and a significant presence in the UK. As a minimum requirement you must have been involved with 3 full implementations from cradle to grave. You will also have excellent client facing skills as you will be heavily involved in 2-3 projects at any one time. You will ideally be CRM certified although it is not essential, the most important thing is to have a number of years experience delivering CRM projects. The CRM Consultant will come from a consultancy background and demonstrable configuration experience, extensive travel will also be involved in the role.
