ISEB Business Analyst required to join a global organisation within the Insurance sector. As the Business Analyst you will hold the Prince 2 practitioner and ISEB certifications. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of Requirements Engineering whilst being able to define process improvements/process re-engineering. Other requirements/experience includes: - A thorough understanding of the Systems Development life cycle - An awareness of Change Management techniques - Previous history in stakeholder management - Construction of Businesses cases - Gathering requirements in liaison with Business Users In addition you will have exposure to Finance or HR systems and will have previously worked within the Insurance sector. Exposure to 6 Sigma would be considered highly advantageous but is not essential.
