My client a market leading Global IT Services and Solutions provider and award winning Cisco and Microsoft Gold Partner require a Project Support Officer to be responsible for the planning of all project and technical resource within the team. You will manage and produce accurate data to enable the delivery of forecasting, capacity planning, governance, financial management. Delivery of administration and project coordination services within the Project and Technical Services team. 26,000 Basic Salary Based in Hampshire Role Responsibilities and#x2022;Project Co-ordinate the delivery of transactional projects from order through to invoice and closure including but not limited to change management and documentation and#x2022;Provide financial tracking/analysis of PTS engagements and#x2022;PSO administration, to include, creation of schedules, raising and tracking POand#x2019;s , forecasting costs and receipting invoices from Suppliers: oSubcontractors, o3rd Parties, o Travel Bookings Skills and Experience and Qualifications and#x2022;Experience of working within a consulting environment in a business function and#x2022;A basic understanding of sales and customer engagement through the full customer lifecycle and#x2022;Project management/coordination experience and#x2022;Proven track record in fulfilling demand and achieving financial results through resource planning 26,000 Basic Salary Based in Hampshire Send your Application for this Job by using the 'Apply' link below. |
