Leading London based insurance business with strong international brand presence require an eCRM manager to drive the BI and eCRM of their new Ecommerce offering on a global basis. Having moved into a new phase of the business, they are looking to integrate the international offering to a centralised Ecommerce site, incorporating all global elements and creating consistency internationally. This is very much in its infancy and one key hire they need urgently is the eCRM manager to work in partnership with all of the global business units to drive, develop and deliver the eCRM strategy to achieve revenue and retention within the business. You will implement the framework, BI processes and manage international stakeholders in addition to defining and developing personalised content and services that will shape the online customer experience and proposition in line with the overall eCRM strategic approach. Responsibilities Define and put in place the strategic approach to eCRM for data management and online channels Work with the marketing team to assist in defining and shaping the brand proposition and delivery of eCRM Be focused on delivery platform and strategy and driving this internationally, co-ordinating all elements accordingly Extensive stakeholder management internationally, engaging throughout the business Support the global business units in their eCRM strategy implementation and delivery Recommending effective eCRM tools Encourage collaborative learning Identify and develop optimal information architecture framework and governance in terms of metadata, taxonomy and semantics to be applied globally Develop of eCRM strategy and standards across the Group Development and delivery of Onsite Search Standards and Information Architecture Framework across the group Skills and Experience Excellent eCRM experience gained in a global environment Strong experience of eCRM in an Ecommerce environment Understanding of how to deliver the eCRM strategy and building a framework accordingly Good understanding of business context, operations, strategy and objectives to deliver specialist and innovative technical solutions Thorough knowledge of Information architecture management to improve the online experience This is truly a unique opportunity to shape the eCRM strategy for a leading blue chip business.
