SAP BW / SAP BI Business Intelligence Managing Consultant - Multiple base sites UK wide Join a growing team of SAP professionals, working as a Managing SAP BW consultant, delivering some of the most exiting and challenging SAP projects around. The Client has a reputation for delivering some of the most leading edge SAP Information programmes and is recognised by both industry analysts and SAP as being a thought leader and early adopter in both the SAP and Business Information Management domains. If you want to work with the latest SAP offerings, with some exciting clients, then look no further. You will need a demonstrable track record as a senior SAP BW consultant with both significant experience of leading large SAP BW delivery programmes, as well as undertaking the SAP BW capability lead role within preferably a consulting organisation or within an end user organisation. You must have proven experience in all facets of the capability lead role; business development, delivery management, capability demand planning, practice and people development and senior management skills. Experience of working in large multi-stream SAP projects containing challenging business process design, information strategy elements and change management is a must, as is prior experience of distributed delivery using offshore models. Day to day activities include: Undertaking internal practice management activities, combined with support of business development initiatives as well as solution delivery management responsibility. Delivery facets will include working within a broader client team, leading solution design and gap analysis to standard SAP functionality within the blueprint project phase, including influencing of business stakeholders. Familiarity with the specification of requirements, non-standard SAP enhancements and integration with other SAP NetWeaver components is a must. Essential Skills / Requirements Suitable candidates must have the following background and#x2013; and#x2022; At least 8 full lifecycles of SAP BW implementation experience, 5 of which gained in a SAP BW lead role with at least 12 project reports (large programme experience would be preferential). and#x2022; Strong knowledge of business processes within at least three SAP functional areas and specific knowledge of more than one industry sector (and the associated SAP industry solutions). and#x2022; Prior practice lead experience, preferably within a consulting environment, experience must as a minimum include business development, delivery management, capability demand planning, and practice / people development. and#x2022; Strong and#x201C;Consultingand#x201D; skills and#x2013; demonstrable presentation and client facing skills are a must. All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain senior customer relationships. and#x2022; Prior immersion in information strategy and architecture programmes; awareness of Business Performance Management drivers for BI technology adoption essential. and#x2022; Understanding of SAPand#x2019;s Business Objects product portfolio strategy. and#x2022; Highly mobile; 100% mobility required you can be based out of any of the UK wide sites and claim any expenses when working on client site. Other Skills (Technical / Personal) Suitable candidates should have awareness or experience of the following and#x2013; and#x2022; Pre-sales processes within a consulting environment. and#x2022; Foreign language skills desirable.
