Business Analyst, LEAN approach, change management, process redesign, systems implementation; A leading Investment Specialist requires a Business Analyst to with proven experience of participating in projects or an operational environment that has included process redesign and systems implementation. The Business Analyst will analyse and measure business processes using Operational Development Process Improvement Methodology (ODPIM) based on the LEAN approach. The types of initiatives the Business Analyst would be involved in (from initiation to implementation) range from Products (launches, mergers, closures etc), business efficiencies (with a view to reducing operating costs and making the organisation more efficient) and general process improvements (by renewing existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement). The Business Analyst will also require the following:- * Experience of applying structured process improvement and operational problem solving methodologies; * Knowledge of process management technologies, including workflow, imaging, and reporting tools preferred; * Experience of working in a high volume process in financial services preferred; * Educated to degree level or equivalent; * Proven project management skills; The benefits package includes a 10-15% bonus potential, a non-contributory pension scheme, life assurance plus much more.
