DKM are currently recruiting for a Systems Support Analyst with specific experience working with the Northgate Housing application (Sx3, iWorld). The principle function of this role is to provide an implementation, analysis, project and support service in relation to the ongoing operations of the Northgate system as well as a friendly and efficient service to stakeholders. Experience with the Northgate Housing application is a pre-requisite to be considered for this post and you will also have experience in at least 60/70% of the following modules - Estates, Rents, Allocations, Repairs, Service Charges and/or HFI. The role will also involve implementing system upgrades, leading on related projects, database querying via SQL, UNIX scripting, testing, supplier liaison, change process control as well as documentation.
