Software Support Team Leader - Surrey Software Support Team Leader required by a leading blue chip in Surrey. You will be required to manage a support team who provide 1st-3rd line technical support for a bespoke product suite, which is used by customers globally. The product is run using SQL, Oracle, Unix and Windows. You will work closely with a team of customer account managers and will act as an escalation point on technical issues and will be required to ensure customer satisfaction and KPIs are being achieved. This will include visiting new and existing customers, on site, to offer technical advice and help raise my clients profile. To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST: and#x2022; Have solid man management experience in a large, multi-national organisation; for example, a software house in the finance, telecoms, broadcasting or ISP sector and#x2022; Experience working with new and existing customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is ensured at all times (i.e. KPIs, customer satisfaction surveys and so on) and#x2022; Strong technical experience.
