Capita Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced SAP Trainer to work for a leading FTSE 100 Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) Company. As the SAP Trainer you will report to the SAP Training Manager and will be responsible for developing and delivering training courses and materials in a variety of settings including classroom and CBT. The role comprises of design, development, and delivery of courses supporting business processes executed in SAP R/3, SAP Portal, SAP Business Objects Planning and other ancillary applications. Ideally you will have experience of SAP FI/CO and at least two other modules (HR, PS, SD, Payroll, Portal, BOP) and be well seasoned in working within a high-pressure technology training environment and delivering IT/system based training. You will be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to communicate ideas clearly in writing or verbally in both 1:1 and team meetings; the position may entail senior management interaction and the ab ility to convey information to and influence all levels of the business. Excellent Presentational skills in front of a classroom are essential. A truly mouth watering role for the successful candidate who can demonstrate the required skills and experience required.
