CRM Business Analyst (Senior) - London. CRM Business Analyst (Senior) required to work on one of the largest and most high profile Siebel 8 Projects in the UK are looking to hire an experienced CRM Business Analyst to take them into the next phase of their ambitious and business critical Siebel 8 project. This ground breaking project is a long-term business transformation programme aiming to develop deeper relationships that realise the full potential of their Customers. The strategy focuses on growing loyalty among the Customer base of over 8m. The programme is expected to deliver benefits in excess of 100m over 10 years, with per annum expenditure up to c.8m. You will be working in a team of 30-40 (approximatley 4 Business Analysts). Responsibilities: Identify the main stakeholders for each business process and ensure their active engagement and understanding of the objectives and timings of the programme. Set up and drive requirements gathering workshops. Use the workshops as the basis for defining the acceptance criteria for user stories, based on best practice, current knowledge of the business, and understanding of the strategic aims of FSM and the FSM Target Operating Model. Define the relationship between the process changes and the expected benefits through the use of tools such as a benefits dependency map. Develop a detailed understanding of the new process/es, and a deep understanding of how the SRM technology architecture (including Siebel, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Web) can support them, and what they will mean for people in the business. Through this, the Senior Business Analyst becomes the definitive expert for the relevant process/es. Understand and document what is required to support the new processes including system, data and integration requirements, and non-system working practices, including hand-offs between teams. Validate and gain sign-off for the process design within the SRM team and with the business stakeholders. Note that processes may cut across CR-UK teams and third parties. Ensure that the business processes are correctly mapped to technology through participation in technical design specification and design reviews. Work with other Business Analysts and the Business Design Lead to ensure that collectively, there is a coherent set of new business processes and a good understanding of how they impact expected benefits. Input into the development of working practices which specify how teams will follow the new processes and use the new technology, Support of User Acceptance Testing, including assisting creating test plans and scenarios, supporting the execution of testing and monitoring the progress of enhancements and fixes. Support the Training stream in designing curriculum content, producing training materials including business impacts of changes in addition to technical training for CR-UK staff, and managing training logistics.. Support the programme in preparing for Go live, working across teams on areas such as creating reference data, defining view and responsibilities and keeping them up to date, defining user lists. Manage any changes to the business processes that are required in light of technical build, UAT or other developments, fully understanding and documenting the implications including workarounds, and ensuring the Testing, Training and Change teams are working with the most up to date information. Senior Business Analyst will provide guidance and coaching to less experienced Business Analysts.
