CRM eCRM Technologies Manager. Location, Central London. Salary Range 40,000 to 50,000. My client is the MARKET leader in its field and has a global reputation. You will manage and continually evolve the strategic eCRM or CRM technical platform to deliver the objectives and plans of the business. You will assess and implement changes to the CRM data model or architecture and associated capabilities to reflect the business direction to ensure that marketing end users have the right data which is timely, accurate and actionable to allow them to do their job. Ongoing, you will provide expert technical advice and guidance on the selection and exploitation of CRM technologies in line with strategic business and technical standards. You will have extensive hands on experience of mainstream eCRM or CRM technologies and, in particular, experience of making changes to CRM capabilities using the SAS toolset including evolving ETL. You will also have a good understanding of the technical IT skills required to support the development and delivery of data, as required. Ideally your technical skills will be supported by a high level of commercial awareness and strong numerical and analytical skills. eCRM or CRM Technologies Manager. Location, Central London.
